Room for a conversation

Learning through projects?
Let’s talk.

Supported community learning through real project briefs is part of the wider mission. Any learner involvement, supervision and timing would be discussed and agreed with you first.

Ask about community learning

Learning opportunities depend on capacity and project suitability.

A little less dependency. A lot more possibility.

Manage it yourself, learn with me or ask me to look after it. The aim is to build your confidence and capability, so you need less support over time.

05 / Working together

A plan. A finished piece.

01 / A shared understanding

From first idea to what comes nextSelect a stage to explore

The question at this stage

What is worth making?

Start with what would make a difference, then decide whether it is worth exploring.

Explore, adapt or put it aside.

  1. Capture the idea

Write down the idea, who it could help and what is still unknown.

  2. Weigh it up

Consider the value, constraints and smallest useful next step.

Leading
by doing.

I’m building a community organisation too. I know what it means to have big ideas, a small budget and more work than hours.

Through The Lived Experience Project CIC, I create the tools I wish I’d had, shaped around what your organisation needs. Your project helps build funding for community work and more accessible digital support, so more people can get the tools and skills to move forward.

questions.

11 straightforward answers.
Find the detail you need.

Your ownership / Always worth knowingWill we own the work and be free to move?

Yes. After full payment, the agreed bespoke work, editable files and rights are yours under the signed agreement. Your organisation controls its accounts from the start. You can edit the work, change developer or arrange a move without my permission. Migration may take work, and third party licences or optional reusable tools have their own terms, explained before booking.

Getting started

3 answers

Getting started: 3 questions shown. The ownership answer is always available above.

How do we find the right approach?

Start with the people, task or challenge you want to support. We talk through what would help, check feasibility and agree a written scope before work begins. Your proposal sets out the deliverables, responsibilities, timing and commercial terms for your project.

How long will it take?

We agree dates against the scope and my availability before booking. The schedule also depends on receiving your content and consolidated feedback on time.

What do I need to provide?

For the website and campaign starting packages: your existing branding, approved copy, images you have permission to use and one person to approve the work. For a tool or system, we start with the task you need help with and the accounts it needs to work with.

08 / Your next step

Tell me what
you’re building.

A website, a campaign, a tool or a task that takes too much time. Tell me what would help. We can work out where to start on an introductory call.

This service is provided by The Lived Experience Project CIC, company number 16939549. Registered office: 52 Grosvenor Terrace, London, England, SE5 0NP. Contact: hello@theonecoleman.co.uk.

Before work begins

The services on this site are starting points for discussion. Sending an enquiry does not place an order, take payment or create a service agreement. An introductory conversation carries no commitment.

Before you book, a written scope and service agreement will confirm both parties, deliverables, fees and any applicable tax, provider costs, dates, revisions, payment, cancellation, ownership and support. Your written agreement governs the project. We do not start paid work without agreement.

Payment and changes

Your written proposal confirms the payment arrangements for your project, including any additional work, cancellation and refunds. Nothing on this page limits rights that apply by law.

Your work and your accounts

After full payment, the agreed bespoke work, editable files and rights transfer as set out in the signed agreement. Your organisation controls its accounts. Third party licences, provider charges and any optional reusable tool licence are explained before booking. Apps, automation and teaching are scoped individually.
